*Enrollments not from the 50 U.S. states must be paid by money order, Western Union, or by a check from an American Bank. The tuition amount is in U.S. currency.  

Transcripts and credits will be issued after all course requirements are completed and a final grade is obtained.  No credit(s) can be completed in less than 1 month time.

Each course is available as either a one full credit ($275), or one half credit ($200). Students have one year to complete the course from the day of enrollment.

Withdrawal
A student may withdraw from a Virginia Virtual School course upon written notification to the Registrar. Simply not completing coursework is not regarded as cancellation of enrollment. The enrollment fee can be refunded if a student withdraws in writing within ten days of enrollment, less a $75 administrative fee. No reduction or refund of fees in given in the case of student non-performance or lack of course completion.
Returned Checks
There will be a $20.00 fee for each returned check. The student's password will be removed until a replacement money order is received for the check amount plus the $20.00 fee.
Release of Information
IMPORTANT: Information pertaining to a student will be released only to persons who can provide the student’s password. In certain situations, including divorce, Virginia Virtual School may be legally required to release the account password to other persons, such as divorced parents.
